As the Chief Operating Officer,  Allen manages all parts of the continued growth of Nashville Event Space and Randi Events. He specializes in the financial management strategy and the development of the organization’s strategic goals.

In addition to the strategic components, he oversees the  VP of Sales and Marketing  who is in charge of developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures both in the finance and general operational realms. His Sales and Marketing Team focuses on weddings, corporate and social events.
